Stay & Play at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa
Set in the heart of Scottsdale, The Westin Kierland Resort offers a solid mix of comfort, convenience, and desert-style golf. The 27-hole course, designed by Scott Miller, spreads across rolling terrain with mountain views and wide fairways – inviting for mid-handicappers but with enough challenge to keep things interesting. Expect well-kept greens, smart bunkering, and just enough water to keep you honest.
Off the course, the resort delivers. Rooms are spacious and modern, and the service is consistently polished. Dining options range from casual bites to steakhouse dinners, and the pool area (with lazy river) is a nice post-round bonus. It’s also easy to get around – you’re close to downtown Scottsdale if you want to explore. For a long weekend or a full golf trip, it’s a reliable all-in-one.

Key Information
Playable desert golf with scenic backdrops and a layout that feels welcoming from the first tee. You’ll notice how the wide corridors and gentle elevation changes ease you into the round, while the crisp conditioning gives every shot a clean look.
Early mornings bring soft desert light on the fairways, and it adds a little magic to the opening stretch. Staff keep the pace steady, so you rarely feel rushed. The atmosphere is relaxed, almost resort casual, though everything runs with a polished touch. It’s the kind of place where golfers settle in quickly and enjoy the rhythm of the day.
