Alpine Challenge with Stunning Views
High in the Swiss Alps, the world-class 18-hole championship layout Golf Club de Crans Sur Sierre is a rare combination of natural beauty and technical challenge. With its variety of layout, stylishly swooping greens, carefully positioned bunkers, and expansive fairways, the course – the creation of world-class designer Henry Cotton – is probed by golfers of every level. Dramatic signature holes include such demanding holes as the daunting par-3 17th with panoramic mountain views.
Despite its hilly position, the course is kept year-round and boasts a great speed of play. The course, located close to the resort village of Crans-Montana, blends sport, beautiful natural views, and Swiss hospitality to offer the pure luxury alpine golfing experience.

Key Information
Course Design
Every round at Golf Club de Crans Sur Sierre is a promenade across a postcard. The crisp alpine air clears your head, and every tee box offers a fresh glimpse of white peaks and green valleys. Fairways are meticulously manicured, rolling along the land and rewarding shrewd placement of shots over sheer distance. You’ll face subtle greens, artfully placed bunkers, and the occasional gust sweeping down from the mountains to test your touch. The par-3 17th, framed by the distant peaks, is one of Europe‘s most famous holes – and rightly so.
Between holes, the quiet of the high Alps is almost meditative. It’s a rare mix of beauty and precision that golfers remember long after they’ve left.
