Booking, Payments & Support
To secure your package, we require a non-refundable deposit based on the total cost of the trip. The final payment deadline is typically 8 to 12 weeks before your departure date. Specific deposit amounts will be detailed clearly in your personalized quote.
For popular trips, like a Bucket List tour to Scotland or a Christmas Golf Break, we strongly recommend booking 9 to 18 months in advance. This lead time is essential for securing preferred tee times at iconic courses and the best hotel inventory, especially for groups.
Yes. Our Price Guarantee applies to all complete packages (golf and accommodation). We commit to matching any lower, identical package quote found from a certified tour operator within 48 hours of your initial booking with us.
Absolutely. We regularly handle all sizes, from two Couples Vacations up to large Group Vacations of 50 or more travelers. We specialize in securing block accommodation and multiple, simultaneous tee times for large parties.
Deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations must be made in writing by the lead name on the booking. Cancellation charges usually increase as your departure date approaches and may be up to the full holiday cost. In many cases, you can transfer your booking to someone else instead of cancelling, and if you’re covered by travel insurance, you may be able to claim back some cancellation costs. If we make a significant change to your holiday, you’ll have the option to accept the changes, choose an alternative holiday, or receive a full refund.

Tours & Specialty Trips
For popular trips, like a Bucket List tour to Scotland or a Christmas Golf Break, we strongly recommend booking 9 to 18 months in advance. This lead time is essential for securing preferred tee times at iconic courses and the best hotel inventory, especially for groups.
A Bucket List trip is built around the courses every golfer dreams of playing at least once, think iconic venues in destinations like Scotland and Ireland, often including historic links courses that shape the game’s history and reputation. These trips typically combine several standout courses with quality accommodations into a single, once-in-a-lifetime itinerary, and because demand for tee times at these venues is so high, we recommend booking well in advance to secure them.
“Unlimited Golf” generally means you have one guaranteed tee time per day, and any subsequent rounds that day are available on a standby basis, subject to course availability. This is the best value for high-volume play.
We leverage our decades-long relationships and partner status with top clubs globally. For ballot-entry courses (like the Old Course at St. Andrews), we utilize all available methods to maximize your chances of securing the tee time you need.
Absolutely. Many of our featured resorts are chosen for their appeal to non-golfers, offering luxury spas, gourmet dining, family amenities, and local excursion opportunities, making them ideal for Couples Vacations or Family Vacations.

Logistics & Travel
Yes, nearly always. For almost all of our Stay & Play and bespoke tours, private, comfortable airport transfers are included. This ensures you get a seamless, easy transition between the airport and your very first resort.
Look at our Budget Friendly Vacations and consider traveling during the Spring & Autumn (shoulder seasons). You get near-perfect weather but significantly lower costs than the peak summer season.
While technically optional at many places, caddies are highly recommended at historic links courses. They provide invaluable local knowledge for navigating blind shots, reading those complex greens, and enhancing that authentic, traditional links experience.
Weather happens, unfortunately. If a course is deemed unplayable due to severe weather, we immediately step in to help. We work with the course management to either facilitate a rescheduled tee time or secure a rain check/voucher for a future date, based on the course’s official policy. Your specialist will communicate all available options right away.
This depends on your destination and your nationality. Requirements can change, so we’d always recommend checking the latest official guidance for your destination and passport well ahead of travel. It’s your responsibility to make sure you have the correct documentation, and we’re not able to accept liability if you’re refused travel or entry due to missing or incorrect paperwork. If you’re unsure, your specialist can point you in the right direction

In most cases, yes, subject to availability. Reach out to your specialist and we’ll check what upgrade options exist for your dates and hotel.
We work with a curated portfolio of quality hotels and resorts, ranging from comfortable 4-star properties to luxury 5-star retreats. Star ratings are used as a general guide to quality, but since there’s no single universal rating standard, we can’t guarantee their precise accuracy.
Both options are typically available. Most group trips offer private rooms as standard, with twin-share options available for those looking to reduce costs.
Maintenance, renovation, and remodeling work, along with associated noise, can happen at any hotel from time to time. If we’re informed of planned work, we’ll let you know before you confirm your booking.
