To secure your package, we require a non-refundable deposit based on the total cost of the trip. The final payment deadline is typically 8 to 12 weeks before your departure date. Specific deposit amounts will be detailed clearly in your personalized quote.

Yes. Our Price Guarantee applies to all complete packages (golf and accommodation). We commit to matching any lower, identical package quote found from a certified tour operator within 48 hours of your initial booking with us.

Absolutely. We regularly handle all sizes, from two Couples Vacations up to large Group Vacations of 50 or more travelers. We specialize in securing block accommodation and multiple, simultaneous tee times for large parties.

“Unlimited Golf” generally means you have one guaranteed tee time per day, and any subsequent rounds that day are available on a standby basis, subject to course availability. This is the best value for high-volume play.

Logistics & Travel

It’s actually pretty easy. You just add your clubs to your airline booking, similar to checking any piece of luggage. We recommend using a quality hard case for protection. For domestic transfers within your destination, reliable ground transportation for all your luggage and clubs is always included in your package price.

Yes, nearly always. For almost all of our Stay & Play and bespoke tours, private, comfortable airport transfers are included. This ensures you get a seamless, easy transition between the airport and your very first resort.

While technically optional at many places, caddies are highly recommended at historic links courses. They provide invaluable local knowledge for navigating blind shots, reading those complex greens, and enhancing that authentic, traditional links experience.

Weather happens, unfortunately. If a course is deemed unplayable due to severe weather, we immediately step in to help. We work with the course management to either facilitate a rescheduled tee time or secure a rain check/voucher for a future date, based on the course’s official policy. Your specialist will communicate all available options right away.
