The course plays significantly longer than the scorecard suggests because of the constant uphill treks and the cool, dense atmosphere. Worth noting is the back side, which offers some of the most dramatic views. The uphill par-five 10th, framed beautifully by eucalyptus, is a brutal climb that makes par a genuine achievement for the experienced player. It’s an old-school design that rewards accuracy and smart thinking, making it a truly unique experience among modern championship venues.
