The Classic Revival of Miami Beach Golf
You’ll find the Miami Beach Golf Club resting perfectly in the heart of the city, which is quite a feat in itself. Originally opened in 1923, it was masterfully redesigned by architect Arthur Hills in 2005. That revitalization transformed this historic layout into a championship course that’s every bit as relevant and challenging today as it was a century ago. It plays to a par 72 and stretches to just under 6,900 yards from the tips, offering a proper test of skill on a relatively compact piece of land.
It’s certainly a course for travelers prioritizing accessibility and a high-end municipal golf experience in a premier vacation setting.

Key Information
The Miami Beach Golf Club really is a delight for the savvy golfer who appreciates classic design. Arthur Hills understood the original spirit of the course and preserved it while enhancing its complexity, utilizing the water that snakes its way across almost every hole. The terrain is flat, but the playing surfaces are immaculate, and the strategic bunkering is what truly makes you think your way around. The front nine starts with a pretty straightforward welcome before things tighten up around the par-3 fourth, demanding precision off the tee. That said, the back nine is where the course truly finds its rhythm and offers a slightly more dramatic finish.
You’ll find yourself flirting with water on several approaches, notably on the par-4 16th, which requires a perfectly placed drive and then a nerve-testing approach over a large hazard. It’s a beautifully conditioned course with a thoughtful design philosophy, meaning it asks for accurate irons and a smart strategy rather than simply raw distance.

Affordable and Efficient
I have been using this company for the last 4 – 5 years to book and arrange our trips. We have arranged various UK trips from 6 playing golfers up to 16 playing golfers abroad and it is always as simple booking process with the quotations being very keen and clear on what’s included in the packages.
Great service in booking a golf holiday
I booked a golf holiday at Thracian Cliffs for four of us. After my initial inquiry, they got in touch and were been brilliant in every aspect by answering my many questions professionally and promptly.

Beyond the Fairways
best of South Beach: world-class dining, luxury hotels, and of course, the ocean. This means you can truly blend a high-level golf experience with an exciting beach vacation. Worth noting, the practice facilities here are top-tier, featuring a spacious driving range and dedicated short-game areas, which is pretty essential for dialing in your game before a round. The clubhouse is modern and inviting, offering quality dining that feels much more sophisticated than your typical municipal fare, making it a great spot for a post-round lunch.
They’re focused on providing seamless, high-touch service to every guest. It’s easy to see why this course is a perennial favorite for travelers who want to hit a great shot in the morning and be poolside by the afternoon.
