For those who want all the thrill of championship golf without the longer stay, this two-night tournament escape to Muscat delivers the full World Corporate Golf Challenge experience in a tight, time-efficient package. Arriving the evening before play begins, guests will tee it up across two of Oman’s finest courses – Al Mouj Golf Club and LA VIE Country Club – competing in teams of two over 36 holes of combined Stableford for a place at the WCGC World Final in Beijing. The winning pair earns an all-expenses-paid trip to China in October to represent Oman on the global stage, going head-to-head with corporate qualifiers from around the world. With a comfortable stay at the five-star Tivoli LA VIE Muscat, on-course prizes, buffet prize-giving dinners and warm Omani hospitality, it’s a short break with all the substance of a much longer trip – and potentially the start of a much bigger journey.

If you’re a busy professional, a business owner juggling commitments, or simply someone who prefers to fly in, play, and head home without the trip stretching on, this two-night format gets you straight to the action. You’ll land the evening before the tournament begins, rest up at the Tivoli LA VIE Muscat, and be on the first tee at Al Mouj the following morning – no faffing, no filler.

You’ll fit right in if you’re an amateur playing off a maximum handicap of 24 (men) or 30 (ladies), with an active and verifiable handicap index. The format is teams of two, so you’ll need a playing partner — a colleague, a client, a spouse, or a fellow club member — and the ¾ index allowance keeps the playing field fair across all abilities. Combined Stableford over 36 holes rewards steady, sensible golf from both players rather than a single hot round, so mid-handicappers have just as realistic a shot at qualifying for the World Final as low-single-figure players.
