Caribbean Golf, Done Properly

The Westin Punta Cana Resort & Club sits inside the secure Puntacana Resort complex, just minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, which makes arrivals refreshingly easy. The on-site La Cana Golf Club is the star for golfers: 27 holes designed by P.B. Dye, with wide fairways, plenty of water, and several holes running right along the Caribbean. It’s scenic, playable, and well suited to mixed-ability groups, with multiple tee options and a relaxed pace.

The hotel itself is modern, spacious, and calm rather than flashy. Rooms are large, comfortable, and designed for downtime after golf, with Westin’s signature beds and private balconies. Dining is varied and reliable, ranging from casual beachside spots to higher-end resort restaurants, and you’re free to use facilities across the wider Puntacana Resort. The vibe is polished but laid-back, very much a resort that understands golfers without feeling like a golf factory.

Mornings start with soft light over the Caribbean and tee times that run on time without feeling rushed. La Cana is scenic rather than punishing, with generous landing areas and enough water to keep you honest. Service is friendly, organized, and quietly efficient. Afternoons drift easily into beach time or a relaxed dinner. It’s Caribbean golf without the usual travel headaches.

Excellent Company to Work With

I sent through my itinerary, which I wanted for my next golf trip. I was advised about the location we had chosen of what we could expect. We managed to obtain a competitive quote taken through the booking process, which was made so simple thanks to my agent. This is now the second time we have used this company would recommend Thanks, Guys
