Stay at Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort
Just 30 minutes south of Dublin, Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort is a relaxed, upscale retreat with two distinctly different courses. Druids Glen, the championship course, is the main draw with a lush, tree-lined layout with standout holes, strong par-3s, and a reputation as the “Augusta of Europe.” It’s a fair but testing round, with great variety and plenty of natural beauty.
The second course, Druids Heath, offers a more open, wind-exposed challenge with sweeping views of the Wicklow Mountains and Irish Sea. Between rounds, guests can unwind at the comfortable hotel, enjoy spa treatments, or dine at one of several casual and upscale restaurants. The staff is kind and the emphasis is on simple, pleasurable service; the ambiance is sophisticated but not ostentatious.
The resort is great for longer golf trips, couples’ getaways, or first-time Ireland visitors looking for comfort and quality without needing to travel far from Dublin.

Druids Glen is the showpiece, a lush parkland course where every hole feels crafted for drama, with immaculate fairways and tall trees framing each shot. Druids Heath brings a different rhythm with wide, breezy, and full of sea views that shift with the weather. The hotel itself is sophisticated but laid-back, offering friendly service and all the amenities you could possibly need after a hard day at the fairways. It’s the kind of place where golf, food, and rest all blend seamlessly.
